The use of expressive therapies is the heart of Beech Street Therapy Center! Expressive therapies are a treatment modality that activate the imaginative and creative parts of our brain. They are action oriented and involve a variety of artist interventions to achieve self expression and healing. Our center offers several warm and inviting spaces that can accommodate the use of art, play, sand, music, or movement to increase confidence, reduce stress and resolve conflicts. You do not have to have artistic abilities to engage in expressive therapies. It's less about what you create and more about the process of creating.

I believe that through self reflection, sharing ideas and asking questions everyone benefits. From my years as a Family Based Clinical Consultant I was able to appreciate different learning styles and master the art of providing clear & concise feedback. This can range from providing individual or group supervision to those seeking licensure or consult and provide training to your organization.
